Installing a beta via PC

I was sent a beta of an upcoming app, and I can't get the beta into iTunes, the mobile provisioning went in without problem, but the rest I can't get into iTunes... help?

What has he sent you? The .app file/directory? A .zip of that? How are you trying to get it into iTunes?

It's a .zip file. I've unzipped the file, and two folders and two other files show up, one folder is labelled MACOS and so is one of the files, the other folder is labelled KALD.apphas a list of files, and the othe file just says KALD.app

I've tried selecting all the files and dropping them into the iTunes app library, and I've tried adding the .zip file via 'Add a file' in the iTune's menu.

Have you tried following the instructions here. Note, especially, the issues with Vista.

All my menus are in Japanese, how do I know which Windows OS I've got?

So*I finally got the app into iTunes, but when I sync my iPhone, I keep getting this message 'The application "KALD" was not installed on the iPhone "Sims9" because an unknown error occurred (0xE8008015).

Ever heard of this?
