How do I go about installing AirPort in an iMac G3? I'd like to use the internet wirelessly, because the main computer we have at my house is a PC and I hate using it. Anyway, I've read about "AirPort-ready" and computer you need to install another card into... and its confusing.

I have an iMac G3/350. How do I go about installing an Airport card in it?

I don't fully understand what you meant, but I'm assuming you already have wireless internet in your house. If not, you've got some more work to do in order to set that up.

Is the machine blueberry or indigo in color? If it's the lighter blueberry color, here is Apple's page on how to install the AirPort card. Note that you'll need an AirPort card (not manufactured by Apple anymore...and due to the laws of supply and demand, the cards run $80-$150 from third-party stores and private sellers) and an adapter bracket that is also not available from Apple. The darker indigo-colored iMac 350 does not support AirPort.
