Your choice, but considering the public release will be there quite soon, why do it now and keep all the beta-related stuff on your device? Once the public release comes out, I delete my beta profiles and do a fresh installation of iOS via restore. So if you wait a bit longer you can just do a simple OTA update when iOS 12 comes out for all.

I would just wait. The current beta is fine and I have had almost no issues since the first beta but with so little time before the proper release I just wouldn't bother.
