Is it possible to install ML on a different Mac system by using an iTunes account that has already installed ML on another system?

Reason i'm asking is because my MBA currently has no OS installed after I did the wipe, and now it's giving me errors. Going into the Apple Store tomorrow and wanted to make sure I can use my brother's iTunes account to install ML when prompted by Genius...

I doubt they will say anything (or even do anything that requires you to enter you/your brothers Apple ID), however, you are getting in to a grey area regarding the EULA.

OSX is not copy protected. End of story. Use your own account; it won't care.

But you need to know how to extract the bootable install software correctly from the software download. There are many threads about that.
