installing official SDK alongside unofficial SDK?

Hi,

I'm going to be installing the official SDK later, but I'm wondering whether I should uninstall the official SDK first?

I have the unofficial SDK in /usr/local/bin/arm-apple-darwin-gcc ...etc

Where does the official toolchain land?

Has anyone done an offcial installation alongside an unofficial installation?
