i need to install windows 10 64 bit on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6.

1. I have downloaded iso image from microsoft.

2. when i go for Boot Assistant, it's not giving me option to install windows 10 on which drive. also giving me this message

3. when i select "Create a windows 7 or later version install check", it gives option to extract that *ISO* image into USB drive. but still not getting option to install on Mac drive.

the startup disk must be formatted as a single mac os extended

You have two partitions on your storage drive. Boot Camp assistant won't let you set up a Windows install when there is more than one partition on the drive.
