...Or just with a 4GB flash drive. I tried to use my External HDD to do it but it doesn't load in to the option startup menu. It's separately powered, too.

Installing Windows without a flash drive or CD?

You will need to make the disk you plan to use bootable.
There is a tool available from MS:

FYI you'll need a 8GB or larger flash drive for the Windows image.
Now, assuming you have a windows machine. You would use that tool to make your Windows Image Bootable on an 8GB or Larger flash drive.
I know, Wine. And the point of this thread is that I have neither an 8gb flash drive or a dual layer DVD/DVD drive.
No, me either. But I'm sure you can gain access to the most widely spread OS out there.
I bought an 8gb flash drive. Now, when I try to make it with Bootcamp Assistant, it says my ISO is 32bit. It's actually 64bit, I downloaded it from Microsoft's digital river. It's Windows 7 home premium x64, it should work fine. I've tried to edit the .plist file to let me do the "32bit" OS install on my Mac mini, but it won't let me because the file is locked and it's possible to unlock. ****ing apple, I should be able to edit any file on my computer at all.
