Hello fellow Apple-geeks. I've received my Yosemite BETA mail today (I'm not a developer) and since I only have one Mac computer, I thought of ways I could test it out without putting my primary machine at risk in regards to major bugs and unpleasantness. 
In my search, I stumbled upon a very easy and fast guide on how to install OS X Yosemite unto an external drive. I thought I'd share it here with you guys because it may help a few people out. It's fairly straightforward and something even an average user should be able to follow.
