Instant Hotspot: Anyone have any experience using with more than one iPhone?

I have 2 iphones. Both running iOS 8. Im wondering if you can't choose which phone instant hotspot uses. I'd rather tether from my iPhone 5 from Tmobile since its truly unlimited as opposed to tethering from my 5s with Att.

Having the option to switch back and forth as i see fit would be great. Does anyone know if this can be accomplished?

You can pick which one to use. If both devices have the hotspot feature activated, then both will be listed in the WiFi menu.
