Instinction Watch Bands

Has anyone bought the Instinction Watch band for their Apple Watch? They look really good on their website, but I cannot find any reviews or pictures in the wild. I am considering the Gray Phoenix Italian Leather with the black buckle for my 42mm Space Gray Sport. I really only like black or gray leather bands and this is the first gray one I have found for a reasonable price.

Just bought the Grey Phoenix Leather in the picture you posted. Should be an excellent band and I'll keep you updated.

The last time I checked, the grey band was not orderable from their website. The page said it was out of stock and there was no Place Order button on the bottom of the page like other screens. I sent them a message from their contact page about the issue and I never got a reply.

Since there was no one on this website who had bought from them and no reply to a sales inquiry, I decided to hold off.

If you get one for real, I will consider placing an order.

What a wonderful watch band, and although a bit lighter than the pic on their website, you can immediately tell that it is such high quality. I definitely recommend the band, and based on the quality and leather used, I would recommend it in ANY color that tickles your fancy.

I have a green Paragon (a nice shade of olive) leather band from Instinction. I've worn it for the last couple weeks and have really liked it. Great quality, and looks good with just about anything. Highly recommended.

My black band from Instinction is sitting in Springfield, MA because of a "Processing Exception" with USPS. It has not moved for four days and when I called my local post office, they told me it was being handled by their loop department because it went in and out of the same Post Office facility multiple times. I am not even sure how that happens, but I wish they would have given me the option of sending it FedEx or UPS. Both of them are far better at tracking packages when something goes wrong.

I guess I will have to call Instinction today to see if they can figure out what is going on with my shipment.

How is this company on communication? I messaged them about doing a slight customization but they didn't reply back (unless I accidentally deleted a message in my junk mail folder).

They replied quickly to my email, but so far nothing has happened towards getting my band delivered from the post office after ordering it a week ago.

I have asked them to ship me a replacement band using FedEx or UPS.

Same clasp design and leather design. Only difference is that Amazon has ONE loop for extra trail while Instinction has two.

I received my Watch Band from Instinction on Wednesday. Brian was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the issue with USPS and they finally delivered it to my house 10 days after I ordered it.

The leather is a very high quality and the new band looks great on my Watch. The band is thick and a little stiff right now, but it should break-in over the next couple of days. The adapters are a perfect color match to my SG Watch Sport. The black buckle is bigger than I thought it was going to be, so I will have to get used to the size. I have a small wrist, so I am using the second to last hole with both loops to keep the excess band in place.

I will post some pictures when I get a chance this weekend.

Here are a few shots of my 42mm SG Watch Sport with the Black Phoenix Band. I wasn't sure I was going to like the contrasting stitching, but after a couple of days, it has grown on me. The stitching is a cream color which should get darker with time. The leather is still stiff, but you can see from the first picture it is starting to mold to my wrist.



The band brings a new look to the Watch. The black buckle and loops are bigger than I expected, but they add to the overall feel of the band. The adapters are a perfect color match and they fit extremely well from side to side.



This is the first non-Sport band I purchased for my Watch and overall I think it is a great value for a high quality leather band.

I finally got a chance to look at the ***** Vintage band, and while I agree it is very similar, there are some key differences. First, I do not like adapters which do not match my SG Watch and I do not like the silver buckle. Finally, the leather looks thinner with a different color covering the inside.

I am glad my adapters matches my Watch and I prefer the black buckle. I could probably live without the second loop, but the two are working fine for me.

Was it worth it to pay twice as much? I guess that depends on how picky you are with how things match.

However, I still think the Instinction band is a great value compared to others I was considering which cost more than twice as much.
