Intel HD Graphics 3000 vs Nvidia GeForce 320M

You may have seen my other threads enquiring about the various options on the Mac Mini.

I'm really on the edge trying to decide which model to get, mainly because of the graphics. I thought i'd try and push the Nvidia GeForce 320M on my MacBook Air to try out how some games perform.

Would an Intel HD Graphics 3000 at 512mb be equal to or better than a Nvidia GeForce 320M at 256mb?
