my 24 inch imac has one dead pixel which is annoying because i stare at it every time i look at the screen. but my main question is when im watching hulu or any video for that matter and i do full screen, when the screen goes black, the top left and bottom/middle right lower screen has a lighter shade to it. as if light is coming from those areas. is this something i should goto apple with?

im having the same issue with the screen no deal pixels... but when the screen is blacked out i see the bottom left corner is kind of fading to black... im not sure what to do either...

It could be an issue with having an uneven backlight, usually it's the most apparent in dark scenes.

Sadly apple did not see fit to update the imacs with LED displays. possibly a cost decision.
