I hope this is the right forum to ask this.

I have a 2013 Mac Pro (Trash Can). I’m looking to repurpose it for some retro gaming on a television. Primarily interested in 5th gen console emulating and older.

As far as front ends go, I’m a little familiar with Launchbox for windows as it’s running on our gaming PC.

I see OpenEmu is a popular choice for a front end. Does anyone have experience with OpenEmu on an intel MacOS vs installing Launchbox / Bigbox via bootcamp?

Thanks!

I've tried it in several Wineskin cores, with several versions of Lunchbox, tweaked some properties in the Wineskin menu but to no avail. I think the only solution is Boot Camp with a compatible Mac, and a Windows install.
