Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if there was any information on what Mac the Intel Merom processor will be used. I'm mostly concerned about the iMac, and it would be greatly appreciated if there were any tidbits of information on what future chip may be used. Thanks!

Merom is headed for the MacBook Pros for sure.
What ends up in the iMac seems to depend on what ends up in the PowerMacs (or Mac Pros, or whatever they're going to be called). Most people seem to think they'll be getting Conroes, meaning that the iMacs will likely get Meroms. But there is some speculation that PowerMacs may get Woodcrests, which could allow iMacs to get Conroes if the engineering works out.
