Intel Corp. is suing partner NVIDIA to stop it from developing compatible chipsets for future generation Intel processors, a sign that the world's largest chipmaker isn't taking favorably to NVIDIA's encroachment on the market, which has recently resulted in a loss of business from Apple.

This is terrible news if, IF Intel succeeds...

May I be the first to say....

sh*t

Oh well, we can't go from an 9400M back to a X4500, so hopefully we will get a decent non exploding discrete ATI GPU in the Macbook's.

I frankly cant tolerate this policy of Intel's...

1. Kick AMD out of the game... ensure product launches and pricing is aimed at that and not customer satisfaction
2. Introduce Larrabee.... kill of the GFX and indirectly Nvidia and ATi completely
3. Sue Nvidia and prevent them from making the new chipsets with quickpath.. sell your own crap chipsets without variety in the market...

Perfect planning... A 3-step process to rule the World!

Sadly there's hardly much that I can do about it....

Yes, I also heard recently that my train to London is now a steam train

I honestly hope this isn't going to ruin anything, lets face it, intel make kick ass cpu's, and nvidea make kick ass gpu's, can't it stay that way. Its intel trying to have total market dominance, which we've seen, doesn't work, and will never work, its like communism.
