iPhone Intelliscreen X - Facebook Birthdays on Calendar

How do I get rid of Facebook Birthdays showing up on my lockscreen with IntelliscreenX? I don't want the FB birthdays, just want my contact birthdays on my phone. Suggestions? Went into IOS Calendars app, unchecked Birthdays under Facebook, didn't fix it.

Settings > Notifications > Calendar, is there a Calendars option where you can un-tick the Facebook birthday calendar?

Settings > Facebook, is there anything there?

Just un-ticking a calendar in the Calendar app doesn't hide the previews in Notification Centre for instance.
