iPhone IntelliscreenX 8 lock screen dim time not working

No matter what I set "Lock Screen Dim Time" to in IntelliscreenX settings, the screen dims after 5 seconds. Anyone else running into this? The only other settings-related tweak I have installed is Springtomize3 and I've disabled that. No change... still dims after 5 seconds.
