Hello!

Last night I did a respring of my iPhone 5 after modifying a setting inside of IntelliScreenX, so that SMS' will go to BiteSMS as opposed to Message+. Well, bad idea, because since my phone will crash to safe mode.

I uninstalled IntelliScreenX, and low and behold, I'm out of Safe Mode. Reinstalled the app, and I'm back into safe mode. I also tried to uninstall BiteSMS and reinstall IntelliScreenX, but I'm back into safe mode.

All I need to do is revert the settings to what they were previously and hopefully it would all be resolved, but I can't even enter the IntelliScreenX settings in safe mode.

I contacted their support via their web site this morning but as of now I've yet to hear back. Also their Twitter accounts seems to have been abandoned for a few months so I don't expect to hear back that way either. Any help would be wonderful!

You won't ever receive a reply from that email. Believe me, I have tried many many times along this year and never got a reply. That "company's" support sucks and I'm happy that IOS7 will add most of the functions that I use from ISX so I won't be using it anymore.

What you need to know is, biteSMS works great with ISX, your problem is something else.

Perhaps BiteSMS isn't the problem, but I find it interesting that it was only when I made a modification to a BiteSMS setting inside of ISX, that I started to run into this problem. I didn't install any other Cydia or App Store apps prior to this occurring.

I just wish there was a way to modify InstallScreenX settings while in Safe Mode, otherwise I could just change the setting out, respring and see if that resolves the issue.

Try removing Messages+ directly from Cydia. It is there on your packages.

Messages+ appears to be including as a component of IntelliScreenX and doesn't install separately. It's an option for me to install and then to uninstall IntelliScreenX, not to just uninstall.

I was 100% sure I had seen it on the package list, even being installed from ISX itself.
Anyway, if you really wanna go deep on that you should try removing everything, ISX and biteSMS, also any other tweak/app related to NC and LS. Clean caches and preference files using iCleaner Pro and then reinstall only ISX and biteSMS.
That's what I would do.
