iPhone IntelliScreenX not showing on lock screen?? Please help!!

Hi, so i recently got IntelliscreenX and it is not automatically coming up on the lock screen. I have to Drop it down to see it, and I just want it to automatically be there.

I have "Show on lock screen" turned on, but I guess it's not working.

Have you enabled 'show on start up'?

Settings>IntelliscreenX under general, a toggle switch located under 'show on lock screen'.

I'm having this issue too. I've got "Show on Lockscreen" on along with "Show on Startup" but it will only show up on my lockscreen immediately after a reboot. Once I receive an alert, it disappears completely. Yes, I'm using the paid version.
