I finally pulled the trigger today on AppleCare+ coverage for my 11" iPad Pro. Two interesting tidbits that I was not aware of:
1 - The iPad Pro was purchased back in November (over 90 days ago). I was under the impression that AppleCare+ coverage needed to be purchased within 60 days of the purchase of the iPad (not that I'm complaining!).
2 - The AppleCare+ coverage end date that is listed on the Apple Support website is two years from the date that AppleCare+ coverage was purchased (i.e. today) and not two years from the original purchase date of the iPad.
This information may be common knowledge but it was not to me.
