I saw this article mentioned over on TUAW and found it interesting. I generally agree with the details and the tone regarding MacWorld Expo. Heck, I remember going to MacWorld Expo in Boston and NY but I totally see how it cannot survive w/o apple and how apple doesn't need MW anymore. I am sad to see it go, it was a unique experience to be sure

Agreed, there is certainly a lack of excitement at least on my part.
