What you are seeing is the transparency effect. He removed the computer, and placed his hand there, allowing a digital image. He then posted his hand in such a way that you got that picture. The camera he just moved onto the hand is what I'm assuming.

If you want to see some more, there's 532 in this group. A few are Macbook Pro's, some are Powerbooks, some are ibooks, and some are PC Notebooks. The Apples look the best.

haha, i remember this picture was posted a few months back and the OP thought it was real... she/he posted wanting to know how he'd done it because "he swore it was real!"
