They'll take the low end mini, upgrade it to 4GB RAM and a 500GB hard drive, plus give you the original 120GB hard drive back...all for the price of a high end, 2GB RAM/320GB stock mini, $799.

As far as I know, the only difference between stock low and high end minis is the RAM and hard drive, right?

Anyway, they have similar permutations and combinations. Here's another example:
