Interesting folder animations.

Ok, short post. Can anyone tell me why the folders in iOS open differently? One seems to fade in from the background, while the other seems to simulate the whispiness from the dock to the middle. Please see video

Might be a bug. Try turning 'reduce motion' on and off...

I actually like the way that first folder opened better.
