Post your iPhone stories here.

I was going to a showing of Transformers on tuesday night. I had purchased my tickets in advance and showed up an hour early to get in line. Problem is there were about 150 people already in line. Discouraged, I pulled out my iPhone and surfed the next showing which was at 11:20pm on a DLP screen. I approached the customer service desk and inquired about the availability of tickets. He said that show was sold out as well, but he asked about my iPhone immediately. I let him check it out and compare it to his brand new blackberry he just bought. He was quite impressed with the phone as I showed him some of the fuctionalities of the new :apple: masterpiece. His friend wanders over and starts gawking as well. After a few minutes of showing him 300 in widescreen and surfing the net etc.. etc.. he says to me. Go ahead and go into the theatre. He let me in first just for showing him the iPhone. I was resigned to the fact that I was going to have to see the movie the next day. So as my girlfriend and I were sitting in the theatre by ourselves I couldnt help but giggle to myself. This iPhone was worth the waiting in line for 8 hours and the $600 I spent. Worth every penny.
