Interesting Viral Marketing Site

I stumbled upon this site from an ad one appleinsider, I think. It has a very fake feel to it, but it got me to look at it deeper which is it's intent, I guess. Interesting stuff:

Any idea what's it's for? I think it's that Rainbow Six game, but I may be wrong. I'm not very informed as to whether theres a new one coming out.
