I keep getting Internal Errors when i launch Xcode.

Anybody have any Ideas? Im stuck on this one.

Try Doing a "Clean All Targets"

i'm not sure if doing a "Clean All Targets" will help, but it never hurts and it just takes a second.

tried clean all targets and clean iphone simulator same error. I even reinstalled Xcode and its the same problems.

Also sometimes when i launch a project file it will not boot up.
 
Here Are Some More Ideas

1) Try re-starting your Mac

You should first make a backup and then try the following:

2) Throw the project's Build folder into the trash.
