where can i have my harddrive upgraded to a bigger one, can i do it myself or are there sites/vendors that will do it for me. thinking of ditching my 120gb to a 200 or 250gb HD on my macbook white, 2.16ghz, 1gb ram, 13" mac.

I would get a an hd at someplace online or at BestBuy, they have a 200gig hard drive for about 150 bucks, not too bad! It's really straightforward to install. You take your battery out and you will see three screws on a silver part on the upper side of your macbook (farthest from the edge) These screws are held in so you inscrew them and they wont fall out. If you don't know wut I'm talking about, look around for how to upgrade the macbook ram. THen you can take the hd out using this white piece of plastic that you see when you have removed that part with the three screws. You just unscrew the harddrive from the tray and screw the new hd onto the tray and put the new hd in. Very simple, takes like 10 or 15 minutes (You will need a small phillips screwdriver, a small screwdriver, and a very small hex piece)
