Internal installed apps doesnt start (some)

Hello folks, i am new here and english isnt my main language.

I have a big problem with some (random) apps in catalina. If i try to start some steam games or some other apps, some of them didnt start. I can see there icon "bumping" but nothing happens after that. I can wait forever. I tried several things. Right click and open etc. Nothing works. Doing this several times and restart my imac and some of them starting after that. But some (mafia 3) never start. If i try to install them on an external hdd/ssd they asked permission and work after that but half of my installed games, apps (around 20) on internal fusion drive wont start. The are all 64bit. Its like they are in a loop.

Try to check the security tab in your system preferences. On the bottom there might be something like "The app "blahblah" was blocked because it's not from an identified developer". You can then click "open anyway". After you've done that once the app will start normally in the future.

I have checked this too. It feels total random because some work, some not. Sometimes a restart helped (but why). I am going crazy. Maybe i need to go back to mojave or windows
