How do i get my internal microphone to work on video games? I have a macbook pro with lepopard. I have a windows XP partition and I am trying to get my internal microphone to work while playing "Team Fortress 2." I was hoping the Macbook pro's internal microphone would work for voice chat features. Do I have to buy a headset?

Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem, but I figured out what was wrong for me. (In Windows) Open up your volume control panel, then go to File>Properties. in that window there should be a drop down menu at the top, and the RealTek output (or something like that) should be selected. What you need to do is open the drop-down, and select RealTek Input (or whatever it is, the key thing is to select input.). Hit 'ok' on the properties window and the volume control should open up a new window displaying two new slide bars, one of which is the microphone. Mine was turned all the way down, so it might be like that by default. Simply turn that slider up full.

Hope this works, sorry if its a bit confusing hehe ;D
