Try reseating it, make sure its fully inserted into the port. Try and earth yourself too to minimise the risk of ElectroStatic Discharges damaging it.

I tried everything but it doesnt seem to be a hardware isue
Try running the 'Apple Hardware Test' to see if it finds any problems. To do this, power down the Mac, then power it back on while holding the D key. Run the test and report back.

gives me an error

The late 2012 13" Retina doesn't use NVMe for the SSD.

Sounds like the SSD or SSD connector on the logic board may be defective.

Try running Internet Diagnostics by holding down Option+D after pressing the power button.

Try booting macOS from an external USB drive. If it works, it may be time to get a replacement drive or take it to a repair shop that has the tools to test the drive and logic board.

Could be that the SSD/HDD cable may be loose or damaged. Need to open the MBP again, carefully remove the connector from the SSD and reinsert it carefully, then trace the cable back to the logicboard and carefully remove the cable then carefully reinsert it. If you haven't done the latter before you should look at a video (ifixit or youtube) on how to remove the cable from the logicboard, don't just yank on it.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you probably need to buy a replacement SSD/HDD cable.
