When loading macOS the progress bar stalls both in normal boot and safe mode. Internal SSD not showing when attempting time machine restore or OSX reinstall. Disk utility shows the drive and verifies the drive is in proper health.
I don’t know where to go from here. Have Intel Mac.

If normal boot and safe mode boot stall, how are you using Disk Utility? More information about how you are booting plus more specifics about your “Intel iMac” hardware specs is needed. Thanks.

What Mac do you have?
What year was it made?
What version of the OS is running on it?

In disk utility, did you go to the "view" menu and choose "show all devices".
Do that, and look at "the list on the left".
The "topmost" item should be the physical drive inside.
