A religiously oppressed state
I am in Grand Cayman right now (a country with out the iPhone) and really don't feel like getting raped by AT&T's extremely high international rates. Can I go into that AT&T store down here, and get a SIM set up that moves my account down to the Cayman Islands temporarily and use my plan rates?

I know people get international SIMs when they go abroad, but I don't know what that means or anything about it.
