no problem , nice iMac G4
easy just click on the small apple in the left top corner of your iMac 's display and select "about this Mac"

as the iMac G4 was produced between 700mhz and 1.25 ghz and OS(x) 10.2.xx , 10.3.xx, 10.4.xx , 10.5.xx could be installed but i guess according your picture its either 10.3 or 10.4

and how much ram you got

the machine speed is 800 MHz Memory: 256 MB
system version is mac os x 10.2.8
thats what i found so far on it if you need more information ill try and find it

yes that explains a lot , 800mhz are fine, but 10.2 is really a old version of OSX so a upgrade is recommended
you should get a RETAIL disc (not the grey disc's as they are model specific only) for OSX 10.4 (tiger ) you need at least 256mb ram for tiger , but that is the absolute minimum to run tiger , so i urge to get more ram too , that should sort out all your internet surfing experience

once you done that install flashplayer 10.1 for Mac
and install the app click to flash http://clicktoflash.com/

and youtube look here http://www.youtube.com/html5
