This keeps poping up every so many minutes while I am on the net. Why? How can I get rid of it? It seems to do no more than go away no matter what button I choose.

Internet connect reminder thing

Go to your System Preferences, and Click on "Network". Then Choose your Modem (I'm assuming that's what you're using if you're getting this message) And Click on "PPP" and then at the bottom on "PPP Options". Now uncheck the box that says "Disconnect if idle for 10 minutes", or change the time to whatever you want it to be.
Thank you so much. It was "promt every 15 minutes to maintain connection" setting. How that was turned on I don't know. Great
