/internet slow after 10.3.1 update

My iPad seems quite a bit slower using internet after 10.3.1 update, any one else?
Any ideas or thoughts?

Tried a few things with no improvement.

Pro 9.7

No other wi-fi at the moment, but home setup that is pretty reliable.
