internet speed help

Im using time capsule and MBP trying to watch hd videos on youtube . Its running to slow and wont keep up with the videos. What can I do to make it faster. Or is it my macbook?

Is the Time Capsule also your router?

What MacBook do you have?

Have you tried the HTML 5 beta version of YouTube or Click2Flash, which allow you to watch the H264 encoded video without the Flash overlay and might help?

Is the video loading completely or does it stop and does not load anymore?

What Mac OS X version and browser (version) are you using?

I'm assuming you're setup wirelessly. I'm also assuming the slowdown only happens during a backup and is normal all other times. Does the same thing happen if you connect to your network via ethernet?
