So, I usually just leave my iMac (specs below) running all the time, but when I went out of town over the weekend I decided to shut it down. When I came back and turned it on Sunday night it seemed a little sluggish, and sure enough I just ran a speed test and I'm moving WAY slower than I used to be.
I usually get close to 3Mbps but now I'm only getting less than 600 kbps download, but ironically my upload is still about the same (~500kbps). My Powerbook G4 got over 2 Mbps download, so I know it's not my ISP.
I'm connected via my Airport Extreme card and I've rebooted several times and turned Airport off/on. Any ideas what I can do to get it back up to normal?
Thanks
