Internet Tethering Not Working: Weird

I downloaded the profile from benm's website. I connect over bluetooth. Once I do that, the "internet tethering" section in settings>network, disappears. Its weird. Once the computer and iPhone are connected, I can't get on the internet (I'm assuming because the profile/internet tethering is no longer there).

I redownload the profile from BenM's website and repeat and same thing happens.

It shouldnt go away if you do USB only. It stays for me when I do USB.
