Best Buy seems to be out of Silver Ipad Pro 256gb all over. Is there a reason for the scarcity?

I haven’t read any rumour that the silver version had additional issues or would be the way more popular model. I’d also not expect to see an update for the 3rd gen Pro before spring, but I could be wrong of course.

It might just be an issue of Best Buy.

It might be Best Buy received less of this model than others. But I'd guess more likely this is the sweet spot in terms of color, storage, and price for many people, hence more popular.

I think they accidentally sold it for hundreds of dollars less than it should be and people began to buy all of them in the blink of an eye.

That was the Space Gray model. I scored one for $625 after the price error ($675) and another $50 off for the Student Discount.
