About once a day I receive an "invisible" notification to my iOS 16, and I only know I received one because the screen wakes and there is the usual notifications sound (which is "trimmed" to about 70% of its usual length). Nothing else comes up on the screen. Is there any way of knowing what is causing this?

I don't know if there is a way for a user.

What you can do is connect an iPhone to a Mac, open the Console app on the Mac, select the iPhone, click "Start streaming", wait for the invisible notification to come in, then see if there's anything in the log.

If it was only happening once a day to me I wouldn't bother with this. But you can if you want.
