I just recieved an email from invisibleSHIELD with 20% off the pre-order of a shield for the iPhone which is a pretty sweet deal. I may order one to prepare....hopefully the IS won't effect multi touch. Just thought I'd share this with you.

Is there a code for the 20% off? I ordered my 17" MacBookPro kit directly from them and LOVE it (added benefit is non-slip grip), but did not get this offer by email yet.

Invisible shields are excellent, I get them for almost everything. I think I'll pre-order but does anyone else think that covering the matte back of the iPhone would look weird?

I have a feeling the Invisible Shield will work with the iPhone. Just look at the iPod click-wheel...it still scrolls with the IS on there. Now I'm not totally sure if that's the same technology, but I read somewhere that the multi-touch display was similar to the iPods in that they both only work with skin contact.

Guess we'll all see when we try to put an Invisible Shield on our new iPhones!
