your chances of getting a replacement is almost 100% i guess
an authorised dealer did quite a (bad) job for my InvisibleSHIELD.
i mailed to zagg and did all the registering of product and all.
they agreed to provide me a replacement.
shipping costs about US 4-6 (i think).
just tell them your condition; and they will give you a replacement.
by the way, in order to qualify for the life-time warranty, you could send it back. you can choose not to if you want
the process is: request for replacement; mail to you; send the old one back.
EDIT: best if you're able to get someone good at it to apply it.
