Invite System?

Does anyone know of an invite system that can be used to invite people to the beta release of a website? I couldn't find *anything!*.

I've posted this somewhere else and don't remember posting it here, If I have could mods just redirect me to my thread? - I did a search but nothing came up.

Um, I'm serious. That's the perfect tool. Maybe you're asking about a way to manage email campaigns or something, but the very real answer is email.

I see what you mean, but I'm on about something else. I currently have an email system in place. What I want it to do is put the email into a database or whatever, then email the user with a link specific to the user. Example:
www.thesite.com/invite?21fd65d4f151d5f4

Look into phplist. It offers more than what you are currently asking for, but might scale down for what you want now and def. can scale up to just about any mass-emailing needs.
