Help!

Is 10.0.1 (the GM) the same as 10.0?

I did the PB and updated to the GM last week and now I am concerned that when I get my new iphone 7+ (assuming it will come with 10.0), I will not be able to restore from icloud settings.

Also, I have sold my 6s. I have already deleted my PB profile off the phone.. will I be screwing the new buyer because the phone has ios 10.0.1 on it?

Thank you!

The GM is the same as today's public release.

What is a GM? I too used the public beta and now have 10.0.1. Does it mean no need to update to new public release

That is what I thought.. but they have different numbers?
10.0.1 is the version of iOS that Apple released as iOS 10. Version 10.0 was not released publicly, but may appear on early iPhone 7s when they arrive.
