iOS 10.0.1

I'm not sure if this was covered elsewhere, but is the GM considered 10.0.1? I just updated to what I thought was the GM but when I looked under my settings the current version is 10.0.1. Is this right?

I'm on the same build and I get the same thing. I dunno what that'll mean on Tuesday when the public release happens. Will "updating" to 10.0 actually be a downgrade?
