Ios 10.1.1 Safari Localized String Not Found

hi, im using jailbroken iphone 5s ios 10.1.1, and I have this weird issue on safari search engine setting.
It showed Localized String Not found, instead of google, bing, etc.
Here is the screenshot

Despite this weird issue on safari search engine setting, I'm not experiencing any issues with the actual safari use, I can still search and browsing normally on safari.
Its just weird to see that issue on setting

I'm not sure what caused this, I'm not installing any safari tweak from cydia.
So, anyone know what to do to fix this issue?
