iOS 10.1 Beta 1 iCloud Backup

Has anyone else had issues with the backup size created in 10.1 Beta 1? My iCloud backup has jumped from approx 2.2GB TO 14.7GB

No issues here.
Do you use iCloud Photo Library? Is it possible that it got turned off.

I've it turned off as I use Google Photos to backup my photos and videos so to save space. I'll maybe delete the backup and see what happens

If you click on your iPhone does the granular breakdown of data to be backed up provide any helpful data?
