iOS 10.1 updates, Re-Enable Siri and Location SVC??

just curious why the last couple updates that have come out (including 10.1) ask to re enable location services and re enable Siri. Why are we re prompted for these things after an update?

I did not get such a prompt. What version of iOS were you on prior to iOS 10.1? What device?

iPhone 7 Plus.
I was on the latest version of ios10 before updating.
Even when I open the photos app, I am asked if I would like to enable iCloud photo storage. Almost like setting up a new phone. Weird.

Same- had it asking for the location services & iCloud photo storage (between iPhone 6S and iPad Air)
