iOS 10.2.1 and 5s jailbreak status and other help

I want to jb my iOS 10.2.1 and iPhone 5s device the main purpose is to edit the hosts file to block some websites.

So can anyone tell me the jb status of iPhone 5s and 10.2.1( I googled and found many irrelevant information)
